Qualified companies include Hotel & Resorts, Restaurants, Clubs, Casinos, Theme Parks, Airlines, Convention and Visitor Bureau’s, Tour Guides, Transportation, Advertising and Marketing Agencies, Developers, Media, Consultants and those in the hospitality support and promotion fields. Qualified attendees to be determined by show management.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are refundable up to three weeks prior to the event, minus a $50 processing fee. Three weeks before the event, no refunds will be issued, however registration fee may be credited 100% towards another NextVision Media event.

All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email.
Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another. All registration refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the event.
